Service Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Axis Pilates. We value you and strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and professional services, refunds are generally handled on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure a fair outcome for both the client and the service provider.
2. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- You may have a legal right to a 7-day cooling-off period, provided the service has not yet begun.
3. Service Satisfaction & Quality
If you believe the service provided did not meet the agreed-upon standards or was not performed with reasonable care and skill:
- Please notify us within 7 days of the service completion.
- We will first attempt to re-perform the service at no additional cost to correct any issues.
- If the issue cannot be resolved through re-performance, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed Services: Once a service has been fully performed and accepted, it is generally non-refundable.
- Deposits: Non-refundable deposits used to secure a specific date or resource are typically excluded from refunds unless we cancel the service.
- Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to third parties (e.g., permit fees, software licenses) as part of the service are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
